Kitty Hawk Land Company (KHLC) has been developing successful communities in coastal North Carolina for over 50 years. The company was founded in the late 1940s to develop a large tract of land in Kitty Hawk.

In 1985, Kitty Hawk Land Company became a subsidiary of Boddie-Noell Enterprises (BNE), a diversified, family-owned company located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This strong and lasting partnership has produced many successful and outstanding communities including The Currituck Club, Arlington Place, Marshes Light, and Viniterra.

Together we are dedicated to developing communities that offer beautiful, natural, and welcoming environments that will be thriving neighborhoods for many generations.
